Missions

Operation Christmas Child brings hope and joy to children all over the world by receiving shoe boxes filled with toys, games, books, and personal hygiene items. Shoe box gifts bring Christmas joy to boys and girls everywhere.

Mission Southside is a local ministry that we support through-out the year. They provide food, clothing, furniture, Bible studies, free garage sales, school supplies, and help with day-to-day needs. We along with several churches in the area have partnered to support Mission Southside.

Annie Armstrong – When people give to the offering, 100 percent of their gift will be transformed into missionary salaries and ministry supplies. Those missionaries and supplies will help others hear the message of Christ and respond in faith to His offer of salvation.

Lottie Moon – During the past five generations, Southern Baptists have been motivated by the Lottie Moon to plant their lives in missions by going or supporting others who are carrying the gospel light into the darkness. Today, we support 5,318 missionaries on the field.

The World Hunger Fund provides food and the means in which families can learn to farm and feed themselves. Even more importantly, these missionaries are able to share the love and care that only a relationship with Jesus Christ can bring. Every dollar that is received for the fund is used in the field for hunger relief.
